Hatching Egg and Chick Order Policies
Ordering hatching eggs is at the customer’s own risk. Once eggs leave our farm, handling and shipping conditions are outside of our control. Shipping can be hard on eggs and may affect their development.
We regularly check fertility of our breeding flocks and only ship eggs we consider suitable for hatching.
We do not and cannot guarantee specific hatch rates, as incubation and hatching conditions vary by customer. Ordering shipped eggs is inherently a risk; by placing an order, you accept this risk and these terms.
All hatching egg sales are final. No refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued due to poor hatch rates, shipping damage, postal delays, or incubation issues beyond our farm.
When you order chicks for farm pick up, you will be notified when they become available. At that time, you have 5 days to pick up, or you forfeit your chicks and any monies paid for them.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order for hatching eggs, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the incubation and hatching process once eggs leave our farm. You understand that results may vary and that hatch rates cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are filled in the order that payments are received. When your name comes up on our list, we will contact you to confirm that you are prepared to receive your eggs (including having an appropriate incubator and a suitable setup ready).
If you are not comfortable accepting the risks associated with shipped hatching eggs, we kindly ask that you do not place an order.
By placing an order for chicks, you are agreeing that you will pick up within 5 days, or forfeit your chicks and all monies paid.

By placing an order for chicks, you are accepting responsibility to pick them up within 5 days our email sent that they are ready. If not, you agree that you are forfeiting your chicks and all monies paid.
